SALES & PAYMENTS

All prices on the Goldfire Gallery website are in Australian Dollars (AU$), are fixed and non-negotiable.


The sale price of the artwork displayed on the website is set by the artist and is inclusive of any GST and shipping within Australia.


Goldfire Gallery has a sales agreement with artists whose work is on display and for sale on this website. Please respect this agreement. If you first see an artwork on Goldfire Gallery, please make the purchase through our website, not somewhere else. Part of the artist agreement to Goldfire Gallery is to pay a set commission determined by their membership plan for services rendered in the process of selling the item. More information can be found on our Artist Membership page or in our Goldfire Gallery Terms of Service.

 

For processing of online payments, Goldfire Gallery uses external third-party agencies, Stripe payment gateway for online credit card transactions and PayPal who provide secure encrypted online payment processing. As part of this service Goldfire Gallery does not have access to your full credit card number. For more information about Stripe services, please visit https://stripe.com/au. Artworks are not shipped until full payment has been received from the customer by Goldfire Gallery. Title to the artworks is retained by the artist until they are paid for in full.


Payment by the customer for an artwork is held by Goldfire Gallery until the completion of the 7-day return and refund period at which time the artist is paid for the item minus the commission amount payable to Goldfire Gallery.
